IMPORTANT INFORMATION during Symposium

1) Venue or online?

Please refer following symposium policy for visiting the venue as a measure to prevent the spread of infection of the COVID-19.

Physician  Visitors may come at their own decision.
Non physician*  Online ONLY. Visiting the venue is NOT allowed.
Student  Online ONLY. Visiting the venue is NOT allowed.
*Except for the staff concerned exhibition and sponsored seminar.

2) How to join Online Symposium

URL: https://jshis-kamakura.jp/

*The Secretariat notified registrants of the ID and Password to login on May 12th wed. 2021.
For newly paid registrants, the ID and Password will be notified in auto-delivered confirmation e-mail after registration.

3) Archive delivery after the Symposium

*After the Symposium, the registrants could view all sessions on-demand (except for few sponsored sessions) with same URL with ID and Password.
The period of archive delivery will be 2 weeks from May 31th Mon. 2021 until June 14th Mon. 2021.
